 On the next screen, enter the last 4 digits of your invoice account number and put in your telephone number that was given to SoundConnect at the time your account was set-up, include area code plus 7-digit number with no spaces or dash marks.  Hit Submit and you will be brought to a page in which you will be asked at that time to select a new password.
